I cherish the golden days of autumn. Cooler days, cold nights, light changing and shifting, lowering, illuminating the dying grasses which in turn glow like candles. How can one not love golden grasses? These rise above the salt marsh that lines the southern most Cape Fear River.
Really beautiful image.
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous image. I love your words too!
Thank you!
Is it okay, after going through these beautiful photos, to say, “I was there! I have a similar photograph! Yes. Yes, I was!” Perhaps, with the clouds hovering and the snow blowing, I will play with shore and marsh photos today. 🙂 So happy I had the chance to see such a beautiful part of the country and connect with a soul friend at the very same time.
What a wonderful time we shared, eh? I look forward to sharing similar experiences in your neck of the woods some day!
I feel the same way when I look at the photos you took during your visit so it’s okay! Thank you for coming, my friend!
